Inside Guatemalaā€™s Pimped Out Chicken Buses: Epic bus conversions and dangerous driving

Inside Guatemalaā€™s Pimped Out Chicken Buses: Epic bus conversions and dangerous driving

Guatemala is famed for their iconic ā€œchicken busesā€ (also known as camionetas)ā€¦ but where do they come from? And how do these bus conversions take place? Many thanks to Dave from Iguana Perdida for allowing us to use his song: https://laiguanaperdida.com/ For our latest documentary, we got under the bonnet of Guatemalaā€™s camionetas. Across several days, we travelled to a number of Guatemalan reconstruction garages to learn more about the art of transforming written off U.S school buses into Guatemalalaā€™s public transport. Think bold lights, colours and chrome. Find out about the fascinating process of transforming a bus and learn from the drivers about how difficult their work actually is. #crazy #buscrash #exposed #crazyroads #busconversion #youtubecreator #sony #nakedtruth #sonya7iv #documentaryfilm #documentary #shortdoc #guatemala #antigua #chickenbus #transport #pimpmyride #truckconversion #busconversion #bus #transport #nakedtruth #drivingfails #travel ___________________ Hey! MAXIMON The Drinking Smoking God | A Mysterious Guatemalan Journey (Documentary)

MAXIMON The Drinking Smoking God | A Mysterious Guatemalan Journey (Documentary)

Maximon, Guatemala's drinking, smoking deity, is revered in Mayan culture as a figure of ancient knowledge. Located in Santiago on the coast of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, this ancient figure serves the community and helps those in need. Once a year, Maximon moves to a new house in a secretive ceremony. This year, we captured Maximon's journey all on camera. We interviewed several people in Santiago's Mayan community to find out more about Maximon's unique story. Our latest documentary is shot on the Sony A7iv and DJI Mavic Air 2. 0:00 Intro 0:57 Who is Maximon 1:55 History of Maximon 3:30 The Mysterious Move 5:57 New Day, New Beginnings 6:56 Outro #guatemala #guatemaya #Maximon #lakeatitlan #santiago #DJI #drone #4k #documentary #filmmaking #guatemaladocumentary #sonya7iv #sonya7ivdocumentary #traveldocumentary #guatemalatravelfilm _________________________________________________________ Hey!
